Personal summary
Since 2019 I have created websites for clients and maintained websites for several customers including Cerate, Lakesideinn, Novita. I have done the hardware rollout for all customers for peripherals, monitors, printers, PCs, laptops and servers including the installation of the operating system and the required programs. I was also responsible for replacing defective hardware. Now I solve smaller problems for our customers, such as creating users in the AD and in the Exchange, unlocking users in the AD in case of forgotten passwords. Smaller things like software installations, driver installations, BIOS updates and simple troubleshooting in the Windows environment Then I got a position at ZWP AG for about 1 year so that I could help eliminate the emergency there. My task was to accept calls, create them in the OTRS ticket system and then I created and edited Microsoft Word templates with VBA. I got another Position in Volkswagen after a year I did server monitoring for Online Banking. Currently I work In Service Desk for a Car Rental company. I am looking for an opportunity to work in the UK and even move there as well.
