Task description and requirements
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Apparel Designer to support the creation of color and graphic concepts for a high-visibility Sports Marketing collection across both men's and women's apparel. The role involves full design responsibility from concept to tech pack delivery in close collaboration with the internal marketing and development teams.

Your Responsibilities
Concept Development:
- Independent creation of color and graphic design concepts based on project briefs provided by the internal marketing team
- Weekly delivery of designs to be used as placed or all-over prints on men's and women's apparel
- All designs must be developed in Illustrator or Clo
Design Iteration & Feedback Integration:
- Implement design updates based on weekly team meetings and project updates
- Respond to creative feedback for key capsule collections (e.g. marathon packs, team gear)
- Submit final designs for internal approval
Tech Pack Creation & Handover:
- Independently create detailed tech packs to communicate final designs to development and suppliers
- Tech packs must include style sketches, color/material specifications, artwork at actual size, graded artwork on garment patterns, repeat patterns for AOPs, and placement details for placed prints
- Participate in virtual handovers via Microsoft Teams
- Adjust tech packs based on feedback from development and suppliers, including feasibility reviews, cost-related changes, artwork rework, and recoloring if needed
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven experience in apparel design, ideally within the sportswear or lifestyle sector
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; experience with Clo is a plus
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end apparel design process
- Strong awareness of current sportswear and graphic design trends
- Hands-on experience with creating and adjusting tech packs
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fully remote setting
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
