We are looking for a freelance Learning Experience Designer

Project Name:
Learning Excellence with Focus on Global Quality and Medicine Priorities

Background to the Assignment:
Learning is a pivotal element in empowering employees to excel in their roles. It is essential to support learning requests emerging from the Global Quality and Medicine functions. The objective is to craft comprehensive and captivating learning programs specifically designed for Global Quality, Biopharmaceuticals, and Medicine therapeutic areas. This initiative will utilize the knowledge of subject matter experts (SMEs) and functional trainers to generate engaging content and activities, thereby enriching the learning experience for this focused group. The aim is to provide learners with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively perform their duties, contributing to enhanced patient outcomes and advancing the priorities in Global Quality and Medicine.

Tasks:

Development of Learning Concepts and Storyboards to Support Global Quality and Medicine Learning Demands

Engagement with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):

Interact with SMEs and functional experts to collect insights, knowledge, and requirements

Organize sessions to create captivating learning activities

Content Development: Ensure content is accurate, current, and relevant to the US market and therapeutic areas

Define Learning Programs & Assessments:

Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to pinpoint specific learning needs

Objective Setting: Establish explicit and measurable training objectives for each module

Learning Journeys: Design detailed learning journeys integrating modern, engaging design principles and adult learning theories

Assessment Tools: Create tools such as quizzes, simulations, and case studies

Effectiveness Measures: Implement strategies to evaluate learning effectiveness and knowledge retention

Utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors and Client’s learning platforms (e.g., Degreed)

Lead Project:

Analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to identify and implement improvements

Manage projects to deliver according to schedules

Generate proposals for learning solutions aligned with learning objectives and effectiveness measures

Engage with suppliers to ensure development and delivery of learning materials according to client standards and project plans

Innovative Learning Solutions:

Identify and apply innovative learning tools and systems

Recommend and leverage external or “off-the-shelf” training materials to enhance strategy and meet client needs
