HR Reporting & Analytics Enhancement Project

Project Description:
The project aims to implement a digitized and automated HR reporting and analytics solution that meets the strategic needs of the organization with the technologies of SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Task Description:
The scope of services includes the following tasks, which are independently performed by the external contractor:

· Requirements Specification: Gather and analyze requirements for the HR reporting solution from HR teams, controllers, and business managers

· HR Reporting Best-Practice Sharing: Serve as a functional expert on HR metrics reporting and provide guidance on best practices.

· Consulting: Provide consulting to internal customers, addressing their needs and ensuring project alignment with business objectives.

· Solution Recommendation: Assess, evaluate, and recommend solutions that meet HR reporting requirements.

· Project Execution: Develop and manage project plan to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

· Documentation: Compile project documentation in accordance with company's internal processes and standards.
