We are a Specialist Talent Delivery Partner for Databricks Projects. Over the past 6 Years we have supported some of the largest Databricks programs around the Globe.

We are seeking an experienced Mosaic AI Databricks Machine Learning Engineer to join a global fashion brand on a 12-month freelance contract. This role is focused on building an AI-Ready Customer Platform to deliver a highly personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize Mosaic AI solutions on Databricks to enhance customer personalization.

Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production.

Work with Customer 360 data, including customer behavior, preferences, and purchase history, to enable real-time recommendations.

Leverage LLMs and advanced AI techniques to improve personalized customer journeys.
*

Optimize feature engineering and model training using Databricks MLflow and Delta Lake.
*

Integrate machine learning models with real-time data streaming solutions for dynamic insights.
*

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Cloud Architects to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
