For our client we are looking for a experienced Shopify Developer (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to support the rollout of multiple Shopify stores. This role requires expertise in Liquid frontend development, checkout extensions, and app development, with a strong focus on multi-market and multi-brand Shopify setups. The ideal candidate will have experience in optimizing conversion rates (CVR), increasing average order value (AOV), and improving customer retention using Shopify’s app ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a high-performing, seamless user experience.
Implement and manage Multi-Market Shopify Setups with multiple currencies and languages, ensuring accurate localization and regional compliance.
Develop and maintain multi-brand Shopify shops setup where all stores adhere to a common theme architecture, ensuring consistency across multiple storefronts.
Build and optimize checkout extensions and custom Shopify apps to enhance store functionality.
Leverage Shopify’s API ecosystem (GraphQL & REST APIs) for integrations with third-party apps, payment gateways, and logistics providers.
Utilize Shopify’s App Ecosystem for CRO (conversion rate optimization), AOV growth, and customer retention strategies.
Optimize Shopify storefronts for performance, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Work with Shopify Markets & international pricing strategies to ensure seamless global commerce experiences.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation across multiple stores.

Professional background

Expert-level skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Shopify frontend development.
Advanced Liquid development experience for theme customization
Strong experience with Shopify Checkout Extensions and Custom App Development.
Deep understanding of Multi-Market Shopify Setups, including: Multi-currency setups with localized pricing strategies. *Multi-language implementations with Shopify Markets & third-party translation tools. *Tax, shipping, and payment customizations for different regions. *Experience in Multi-Brand Shopify Shop Development, maintaining a consistent theme across stores. *Knowledge of Shopify Plus features, such as Scripts, Flow, and custom checkout configurations. *Strong experience integrating Shopify apps and third-party services to enhance eCommerce performance.
Strong experience with GIT Version Control

Experience working with A/B testing tools and analytics for CRO
