Task description and requirements

I'm in need of a dedicated virtual assistant to help me manage my professional tasks. Key responsibilities will include: 
- Email management: Sorting through my inbox, prioritizing important messages, and responding to less critical ones on my behalf.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinating meetings, booking appointments, and ensuring my schedule runs smoothly.
- Data Entry: Inputting information accurately and efficiently.  The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, as this will be the primary software used for these tasks.
A strong familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook is crucial.   I require more than 20 hours a week of assistance. Time management, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role
