Task description and requirements

Tasks:
• OT System Management: Understanding and supporting the existing OT landscape of applications
• Integrating new data sources into existing application landscapes
• Monitoring and accessing 3rd party SQL Databases
• Conducting required incident and problem management aligned with ITIL4 principles
• SCADA Systems Integration: Implementing technical solutions in collaboration with multi-national teams
• Realising interfaces for data connection of decentralized energy production plants
• Improvement of data processing through optimization and automation
• Support and Customer Engagement: Acting as a main contact for AD Migration project
• Providing 3rd level support for existing OT Systems
• Supporting knowledge transfer to 1st Level Support teams

Requirements:
• Extensive experience with SCADA systems, real time data acquisition, Alarm and Event handling
• Knowledgeable in industrial communication protocols like OPC-DA, OPC-UA, IEC60870-5-104, Modbus, etc.
• Critical knowledge and skills in Hyper Historian
• Proficiency with relational database systems such as MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Relevant Azure experience including Azure databases and Data Lake Gen. 2
• Experience in PowerShell scripting and .Net development languages (e.g., C)
• English knowledge
