Task description and requirements
Role Overview:
Seeking a Web Portal Administrator to manage and maintain self-service enterprise portals, focusing on web applications, databases, reporting, and support in a Microsoft-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft IIS & ASP.Net applications (configuration, troubleshooting, optimization).
Manage Microsoft SQL Server, create SQL queries, and ensure data quality.
Develop and optimize reports using MECM & Microsoft Reporting Services.
Implement and monitor release management processes.
Provide third-level support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.
Support Microsoft ConfigMgr (MECM) environments.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with SQL databases, ASP.Net, and IIS.
Expertise in MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager).
Experience with Microsoft Reporting Services & PowerShell scripting.
Familiarity with Windows Server & Client OS.
Ability to handle ticketing systems & incident management.
