Project Description
We are seeking an experienced freelance PowerBI Developer (m/f/d) to design and develop a comprehensive regional dashboard for a company operating across Northern Europe. The role focuses on leveraging SQL data to create structured datasets and insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities
Develop region-wide datasets utilizing the provided SQL connection
Design and implement PowerBI dashboards based on these datasets, following predefined layout guidelines
Offer training and support to the regional Business Intelligence Team to ensure seamless report maintenance, if needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in PowerBI development, including report and dashboard creation, updates, and modifications
Proficiency in data modeling and constructing optimized datasets from SQL databases
Innovative approach to visualizing data, creating graphs, and structuring reports
Ability to analyze and interpret business data effectively (preferred)
Certification in data visualization standards, such as IBCS or similar, is an advantage

Technical Requirements Provided by the client
Independent data access for the external consultant to develop datasets
Provision of PowerBI access, including necessary licensing
Availability of PowerBI Gateway
SQL Server access to extract and process relevant data
