Task description and requirements

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to support the global rollout of a process/system implementation in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in regulatory processes and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions as part of a global rollout for a new regulatory system.
- Develop training content, provide feedback, and manage interactive training sessions.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer programs and collect/analyze user feedback.
- Present and facilitate training both virtually and in-person (face-to-face).
- Travel globally to deliver training during roadshows leading up to the system go-live.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong understanding of regulatory processes (e.g., submissions, registrations).
- Veeva Vault RIM expertise
- Strong training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse user groups.

Project Details:
Duration: 4 months (starting mid-June/beginning of July).
Location: Global (onsite training required).
