Task description and requirements

We are looking for experienced trainers to support an international rollout in the field of Regulatory, Submissions, and Registrations. Ideally, you have expertise in Veeva Vault RIM and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Project Description:
- Training execution as part of roadshows and training sessions shortly before go-live.
- Content creation and adaptation: Contributing to the development and optimization of training materials.
- Feedback analysis: Collecting and evaluating user feedback for continuous improvement of training content.
- Train-the-trainer concept: Training internal trainers as well as direct training execution.
- Presentation & moderation: Hosting training sessions both online and on-site (F2F training required).
- International travel: Willingness to travel globally; travel costs will be reimbursed.

Requirements:
- Experience in training processes and systems, preferably in a regulated environment, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of Regulatory, Submissions, and Registrations; experience with Veeva Vault RIM is a plus.
- Experience in creating training materials and moderating training sessions.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Location: International (Remote & On-Site Training)
