Project description:
As a result of the legal change by the Federal Network Agency, the electricity supplier change process in Germany is being fundamentally changed.

Deadlines, processing times, formats and the entire master data model are being re-implemented under the name 24-hour supplier change.

In this context, concepts and processes for implementation must be developed and implemented in a project.
The focus for the external contractor will be on processing and optimizing the GPKE processes in the area of the change and master data processes.
The aim should be for the processes relating to the topic of 24-hour supplier change to run in an optimized manner in the Westnetz GmbH department and for identified errors to be analyzed and passed on to the line manager with solution options.

Activities:
The focus is on the technical error analysis of delivery start dates, delivery end dates and master data in the change processes of the 24h-LW in the SAP S/4 Hana system.
The following activities are required in this environment:
• Clarification case or error analysis in the supplier and master data processes and identification of solution options
• Individual case cleanup - both on a clarification case basis and proactive data cleanup
• Processing of BNetzA, GF and arbitration board complaints that are time-critical and were caused by technical system errors

Expectations:
• GPKE processes at network operators are known
• Experience in processing supplier changes/master data in SAP ISU (ideally in SAP S/4 Hana)
• Experience in the area of BDEW formats and user manuals
• Differences in the change processes between the electricity and gas sectors are known
