Task description and requirements

For a customer project, we are looking for Administration Support Azure & AWS (m/f/d) - Control-M - Remote - December 2024.

Task:
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of the client's applications and act as 2nd/3rd level support for incidents during on-call shifts.
• Improve client applications by applying DevOps and SRE concepts, as well as monitor and observe the availability and capacity of underlying servers.
• Develop automation solutions and reduce TOIL while contributing to the architectural design of the client's applications.
• Admin and troubleshoot Azure & AWS Infrastructure, ArgoCD, Kubernetes (K8s), and Control-M.

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in 2nd/3rd level support -
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with DevOps and SRE toolsets (eg, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Vault, Kubernetes, public and private cloud providers, etc.).
• Specific experience with Azure and AWS Infrastructure, ArgoCD, Kubernetes (K8s), and Control-M.
• Strong programming logic and knowledge of algorithms (able to write scripts and automate tasks using at least one programming language: Python, Golang, Node.js, Ruby, Rust, etc.).
• Solid experience in applications and infrastructure monitoring and observability tools (eg, Datadog, ELK stack, Nagios, CheckMK, Splunk, etc.).
• Experience within financial/banking/insurance industry is beneficial

• Language: German and English
• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months + extension option.
• Workload: 4-5 days per week.
• Location: Remote.
