Task description and requirements

Dear Business Partner,

We are currently seeking an experienced freelancer to support the development and optimization of workflows on ServiceNow, including expertise in using the APO module for financial processes.

Project Start: ASAP / December 1
Workload: Minimum 2 days per week
100% Remote
Project Language: English (German skills are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:
- Development and customization of workflows within the ServiceNow environment.
-Design and architecture of complex ServiceNow platform solutions, particularly for workflow automation.
- Project management support in workflow development and automation.
- Expertise with ServiceNow’s Accounts Payable Operations (APO) module for financial management and process optimization.
Project Requirements:

Extensive experience in ServiceNow workflow programming and platform architecture.
Proven project management skills in workflow development and automation.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow’s APO (Accounts Payable Operations) finance module.
