Tasks:
·Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD, with a focus on optimizing HR workflows and processes, while adhering to project-specific guidelines.
·Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring clear documentation and compliance with client needs.
·Design and configure HR service modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Performance Analytics, in line with the project scope.
·Lead and manage the integration of ServiceNow with other HR systems such as personnel file systems, employee records, and third-party platforms, following project specifications.
·Provide technical direction to the development team to ensure best practices are implemented, ensuring solutions meet the specific business requirements.
·Ensure that all configurations align with ServiceNow’s best practices for HRSD implementation and client compliance standards.
·Configure HR service catalogs, record producers, workflows, and notifications to enhance the user experience in accordance with client expectations.
·Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, with attention to contractual obligations.
·Oversee system testing and ensure data integrity, providing support during user acceptance testing (UAT) as specified by project requirements.
·Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators, in alignment with client deliverables and compliance guidelines.
·Offer post-implementation support, providing recommendations for continual improvement in line with client feedback and best practices
Qualifications:

·Over 5 years of experience in IT
·A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically focused on the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module
·Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation projects, ideally within the HRSD space.
·In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, forms, notifications, and user interface development
·Experience working with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), particularly in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors
·Expertise in full-cycle ServiceNow implementations, covering everything from requirements gathering to post-launch support
·Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
·ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) is highly preferred
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical teams and non-technical HR stakeholders
·Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to deliver solutions that align with business objectives

·Experience with ServiceNow’s Employee Service Center and Employee Document Management modules
·Background in HR transformation projects
