Task description and requirements

Role: UX / UI Designer
Location: Remote
Rate: £400-£475 Outside IR35
Duration: 6-9 monthsWe are currently on the lookout for a skilled and experienced UX/UI Designer to an exciting brand for an exciting 6-9 month project. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, driven, autonomous, and excels in stakeholder management. Our ideal candidate will be ready to start ASAP (August) and will be able to hit the ground running from day one.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- 10+ years of UX/UI Design experience
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision)
- Expertise in designing visually stunning, user-centric interfaces
- Creating user personas, journey maps, and sitemaps to guide design decisions
- Designing interactive elements for optimal usability across devices
- Collaborating with developers for pixel-perfect implementation
- Maintaining and evolving consistent design systems
- Strong understanding of UI design principles and responsive design (Bootstrap)
- Data-driven design approach using analytics, metrics, and A/B testing
- Analyzing user feedback to refine and improve designs

Technical Expertise:

- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision
- Strong understanding of user interface design and visual principles
- Experience with responsive design and frameworks like Bootstrap
- HTML/CSS skills

Analytical and Creative Skills:

- Data-driven approach to design using analytics and metrics
- Conducting A/B tests to validate design choices
- Analyzing user feedback to refine and improve designs
- Creativity and conceptual thinking for innovative design solutions

Minimum Requirements:

- 10+ years of UX/UI Design experience
- Right to work in the UK
- Immediate availability
