Certified Scrum Master with over 11 years of professional experience around web, digital and software development area. Currently, working with Barclays Uk as Technical delivery lead. Working across multiple projects with focus on continuous delivery of financial products under credit risk and lending areas of banking. Ensuring agile ways of working during deliveries of technical projects. End to end implementation ownership, with commitment to meeting all governance and regulatory requirements. Worked with teams and individuals to collaboratively achieve organizational goals with number of cross-functional teams. Software development experience has led me to complete understanding of full life cycle of web and responsive builds. My background of web development and management of some projects have been core in mastering the inspect and adapt skills. My professional projects include diverse range of sports media clients. Been part of handling major live events/data handling including Cricket world cup, Rugby world cup, London Olympics and many more. Collaboration, communication and leadership skills developed over the years resulted in these successful deliveries.
