Personal summary

I was the main point of contact and exclusive recruiter for DirectID, a fintech scale-up. My responsibilities included working closely with the Head of people to prioritise hiring needs and manage recruitment budget and working internally at DirectID on a part-time basis. I managed their ATS and direct applicants, set up and carried out screening calls and assessed cultural fit. I developed a relationship with the hiring managers which included the CEO, CTO and other department heads. I booked in interviews and managed the recruitment process, gave weekly reports, provided updates on candidates, and advised on recruitment processes and ATS best practices. Most importantly, we found and placed fantastic talent.
