As a highly skilled IT Support Engineer with over four years of professional experience, I have consistently played a pivotal role in safeguarding company assets while maintaining the integrity of our network infrastructure. I am currently employed in a role that allows me to apply my technical skills on a daily basis, leading to the successful resolution of all technical issues raised to me in a timely manner. In the past year alone, I have closed over 520 support tickets. My experience includes providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for over 700 users across multiple countries, including the UK, Canada, China, France, and Poland. Additionally, I have extensive experience in building and deploying 1200+ devices using SCCM 2010 for OS deployment and installing Windows servers. I have also worked in a Network Operation Centre, where I gained expertise in server and infrastructure network monitoring, automation tools, failover testing, firewall maintenance, migration of software from one data centre to another, and auditing company software and hardware assets. In addition to my technical expertise, I possess strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards work and colleagues. I am compassionate, emotionally aware, and excel not only in my own work but also in supporting others to achieve our common goals. These qualities have made me one of the top employees in my team, and I have often been promoted within six months of employment. I am committed to continuous learning and self-improvement. In my spare time, I actively seek out professional certification training programs, such as the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+. I also recognise the significant role that cloud computing and AI will play in the future and have enrolled in courses such as AWS Cloud Practitioner and Google Machine Learning to further enhance my technical knowledge.
