Personal summary

A competent and experienced leader, with about 20 years of workexperience in IT industry including over 9 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary accounts of varying sizes and complex programs of work. A delivery/engineering function leader that have great ability to lead the programs from pitch phase to kick off and to the execution of product services offerings within a distributed and multi culture teams. Have an extensive experience on engineering and delivery management practices, processes, scaling and coaching engineering teams and supporting sales to create cost effective and value adding proposals/RFPs. Have the ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and to turn ideas into reality. Have great communication and relationship management skills, and is known for the passion, commitment and focus that has helped in the growth of many key portfolios. Quite hands on to execute the programs ranging from 100-200 people. In my career progression, have played a role of Lead, Manager, Director, AVP and in my current role I am working as a Delivery Head for EMEA region , I am responsible for engineering and delivery success and support business development.
