Personal summary
I am a HR professional with 5+ years' experience mostly in the tourism and hospitality world. I work closely with leadership teams to work on effective organizational design, improving workplace culture and employee wellbeing as well as supporting the compliance side to the HR function from recruitment, on/offboarding and payroll. I am your one stop shop for all things HR, having recently completed my CIPD Level 5 in People Management my knowledge is fresh, I would characterize myself as progressive, understanding of the current climate we live in and highly task orientated- I get sh*t done.
