Personal summary

More than 15 years of experience in management of personnel. At first, I combined the management of organizations and projects with the functions of HR management. On a project basis, she worked as HRD (HRBP) in two large international media companies, CBN Ukraine and AIR media tech. For the past two years, I have been engaged in outsourcing recruiting services for companies, closing C-Level positions and line management. I have experience in recruiting in the following areas: media tech, IT, public sector, digital companies, production, development, E-commerce. I have experience hiring an entire office (20+ employees). More than 50 top vacancies have been successfully closed. I have an education in HR management in business at LvBS (Lviv Business School), I have a high level of spoken and written English.
