Hello, I'm Marj and I'm an experienced VA.I have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. I have knowledge with first aid and nursing intervention. I also understand medical procedures and terminologies. I have a 6 year BPO experience that focuses most with customer service. I started as an agent and worked my way up to become a Product Trainer for an LOB based in the US. I was once a financial adviser for a bank located in the US too. I decided to work remotely and it's been a 4 year exciting journey. I worked with an instructional designer for almost a year and I was his executive assistant. I did project management using Asana and Trello, lead generation, cold calling, invoicing and appointment setting. I also manage his social media platforms to establish connections. I then worked with realtors and property management companies. I'm well exposed with various types of CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot, Vroommedia, High Level CRM, Zendesk, Airtable and a few more. My most recent role was a medical VA that lasted for 2 years. I'm responsible for adding the provider's information to enter our system. I worked with precision and creativity.
