I am a well-experienced call center representative who has been working in the BPO industry for almost a decade. In thisfield, I was able to cater services and converse to clients/customers over the phone. I provided support for the world's biggest online auction/shopping website -the world's leading online payment solution which is an online wallet -a cable/phone/internet/home security system company. In the financial account (online payment solution) that I handled, I supported US and Canada / Northern American market and later transitioned in the UK, Scotland and Northern Irelands where I also handled chats and emails. My experience with the cable/phone/internet/home security system company honed my skills in sales and technical support because, as I was repairing their service, I was also convincing the customers to subscribe to another product/service, even ifthey have an issue with their existing subscription.
