As technical support, we handle customers' issues with devices, internet phones, or other devices. There are guided troubleshooting steps we can do to help the customer. We help customers through different modes of communication, email, chat, and phones. Been a trainer for 8 months and went to two different sites to handle associates and provide the steps on how to handle customer-related issues. Talk to homeowners, and gather basic details about their mortgage situation. Provide multiple options depending on their needs. Gather all documents needed. Contact the bank for the interest rate available for the customer. Submit all requirements to the Bank Loan Officer. Closed the deal I do have experience with cold calling for 3 years for Real Estate companies while doing administrative tasks.
