Personal summary
Have worked across several areas from IT background as well as customer facing processes on business process mapping and improvements. Creating and managing the process to optimise and predict any issues that could arrise to allow quicker resolutions, Within these areas I assisted also with the upskilling and trading of existing staff members to map their own business area processes and then quality assured these processes through a QA process developed as a team to ensure all processes met regulatory requirements and following up with areas that may of looked to have efficiency improvements to discover requirements and work to discover cost cutting and improvements to their processes. Following this I worked as a business account manager in telecoms working with corporate entities and SME businesses to provide communication services and devices with plans suited to their business needs
