Personal summary

Each project is unique. Thanks to interpersonal skills and a great sense of listening, I collect qualitative and quantitative data to frame training projects according to specific needs. Solid foundations in theories, methodologies and good practices of instructional design as well as principles of adult learning allow me to develop recommendations and design relevant and efficient training paths. More than twenty years of experience in training engineering and pedagogical engineering in the service of developing training courses. A global approach allowing me to take into account financial, cultural and organizational constraints. Online, face-to-face, work situation or mixing these different modalities, I use multimedia tools like Rise, Evolve, H5P, Genial.ly or Klaxoon. I am constantly on the lookout for educational technologies. I specialize in the Moodle LMS. The implementation of new tools, new processes require support for change through the implementation of targeted communication and the facilitation of workshops or tutored sessions. My experience in training animation allows me to adapt the responses to the needs of each audience.
