Further, I possess expertise in Call Centre and acumen for maximizing performance and inspiring colleagues. My teamwork, flexibility and observation talents have supported my professional growth. During my tenure with KG Invicta Services, Coimbatore, India, the organization has benefitted in many ways as I was often deputed to another branch (Bangalore) to do the On Job Training. The organization was also able to try out new shift patterns based on the client requirements knowing that coverage wasn't an issue in my presence. I have skilfully balanced organizational objectives and productive relationships, strategizing and recommending ways in which to achieve and maintain a competitive business edge. By keeping organizational objectives in mind, I have worked in dual roles (Project Manager/Trainer) in the deputed branch to fast pace the training and meet the client requirements in terms of seating capacity. In my deputation, the branch (Bangalore) was able to successfully clock $2K/month revenue per agent for the first time in its history and started delivering consistent performances then onwards. I was involved in remotely managing operations of our teams located in Belize and Mexico. During my tenure with Expert Realtor Services, Coimbatore, India, I was able to manage the team remotely which was based in the Philippines. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in the organization and decision-making, including a keen attention to detail and accuracy. As an adept Leader, I used my well-rounded skill set in training my colleagues and honed their talents in performance management and quality control which was much needed for a growing organization. My planning, people-centric nature, and compassion have afforded me excellent team-building skills. As an engaging communicator, my focus on building strong professional relationships has been a beneficial asset for the organization. Starting from 3 clients we were able to end up with 7 clients which increased the revenue as well as the business opportunities. Both the experiences have been fruitful in my professional growth. However, I have been working in the night shifts (Clients were based in the United States) all these years and I am looking for a change of scenery as well as better work-life balance.
