Hello Good Day! I had my BPO experience since 2015 as customer service and as well sales representative. Dealing with different people everyday and dealing with their rant and frustration aren't simple to deal with. I had learn that you have to deal with them , the only thing that you need to extend your patience and let them vent out. The best thing the could offer is to listen and let them feel that you care and you are willing to help them. I think that really works, specially you need to be more empathetic and accommodating. They called because they need help, so you need to be as helpful as possible. Knowing that you help them and they appreciate it, that's a big points not by your employer but you as yourself. Helping others solving their problems and concerns and giving them attention and putting efforts on it is the best part that you could give back to them as your valued customers.
