I have been a sales associate for 5 years and 1 year as an executive virtual assistant, for my sales experience. I handled bank accounts which is I collected unpaid balances on loans 90 days past due. This task was hard because all of the numbers and emails are uncontacted, yet I managed to be a top agent. My strategy is to do skip tracing while calling and documentation so that I remain on duty. The second was I became a sales associate for health insurance, leads are given challenges for this is how cold calls became a warm lead. Third I became a sales manager for an eCommerce business we have amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and eBay, my task was to contact big brands and allow us to become sellers on their brands. Now that Virtual assistant takes place and I am into new opportunities, I became a Virtual Assistant for a 3 now. I handle clients' websites increasing traffic, and social media management on Facebook, Linkedin, and Instagram. I help those busy entrepreneurs to manage their busyness and do the repetitive tasks that they can do because of a busy schedule. I can do appointment setting, calendar management, email marketing, and email follow-ups. I am expertise in some tools like Mailchimp, convert kit, active campaign, WordPress, podia, and GoDaddy.
