I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for almost 2 years. I have the experience of being a Personal Virtual Assistant, General Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Email Managementm Customer Service Associate and Back-office agent. As a Virtual Assistant I provide a number of services for my former Clients, including document preparation, maintaining and organizing files and record keeping, I also did email management, sending invoices, sending out calendar invites, Travel booking and data / information researching. I also worked for Macy's Online shopping as a Customer Service Associate, my tasks are providing product and service information, assisting them with their orders online and resolving product and service problems. Also tracking their delivery status.
