Life's too short to be unhappy or stressed with work! I support middle managers/leaders (ie managers managing other managers) in navigating the complexities and pressures of organisational life. I do this through coaching, team coaching, group coaching, action learning, leadership development and workplace mediation. We'll start by understanding your unique context and the outcomes you're looking for. I'll then design a bespoke programme. And we'll adapt it along the way to ensure it delivers results.
