Personal summary

I am a former Sales & Marketing Director from a predominantly property based background. My Sales career began over 25 years ago and I have extensive experience working in both PLC's and SME's. I started as a trainee selling cars, through years in Estate Agency, Retail Banking, New Homes and then moved into House-building - a history of some of the most challenging sales environments! Throughout my career I have managed diverse direct & remote sales teams. I am highly customer focused and believe in developing positive team cultures of growth and accountability. My greatest passion throughout my career has been developing my teams by helping them unlock their inner talents. I am now utilising the passion and skills I have developed to proactively help others to grow and optimise their sales function and customer journeys. To support this I have undertaken training with the Association of Business Mentors. Sales should never be a dirty word - my passion is consultative, customer-centric selling!!
