I am a seasoned Project and Programme Manager with several years of managerial experience in the fields of IM&T and ICT services; having been responsible for the analysis, planning and delivery of projects key to organisational success and within finite timescales. For example, I have: • Programme managed city-wide clinical system implementations. • Programme Managed regional data network implementations. • Programme managed a Data Centre Consolidation. • Programme managed a HQ Relocation bringing three disparate IM&T centres together. • Project managed City-wide COIN, VOIP and technical projects. • Project managed organisational transformation projects. • Project Managed national capital investment projects. • Implemented an ITIL compliant service desk system in line with industry best practice. • Implemented a Customer Service Excellence programme across ICT and IM&T directorates. I have participated in Change Advisory Boards, Technical Procurement Functions, Technical Assurance Groups and Software Development Groups. During my time I have been instrumental in the development and implementation of several key policies including Change Management, Release Management, Access Control, IT Security, Acceptable Use, Application Development, Procurement and Equipment Disposal.
