My Doctoral research involved how new knowledge is created and managed at the front-end stages of innovation. I am an internationally experienced Innovation & Business Management, Project Management & 'Information Communication Technology' (ICT) professional through a progressive career spanning over 20 years in rapidly changing world-class telecommunications, financial and educational environment. I have worked with TeliaSonera now named Telia Company for many years in various capacities both as a Network Manager and IP Transport Network Unit Head respectively. In recent years, I have also worked in many Consultancy roles for other multinational companies such as Ericsson, Vodafone, Nationwide Building Society, TATA, etc. I am multi-lingual, and my country experience includes the United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Nigeria, and Nepal.
