Report on Project fundings to Finance team & sharing regular status reports with Sr. Project Managers using Microsoft Project & Excel. • Acting as primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, solution architects & internal teams for addressing queries & facilitating admin tasks to support project team for effective use of resources & ensuring everyone aligned on project objectives. • Maintain Project tackers/folders, Project Documentation using share point/One Drive, recognise risks, assist the team in timely Project delivery & Escalating issues as appropriate. • Track Project milestones using Microsoft Project, Coordinating with Customers, Vendors, Subcontractors and Stakeholders to provide updates and quality delivery of project milestone. • Playing Key role in Process improvement by keeping a close eye on all Project stages & suggesting improvement ideas to Senior Management.
