A jack of many trades but an expert in Customer Relations and Support and project coordination. 5 years and counting, with good experience in building and managing a support teams in the past. I understand the basic requirement a customer may need for 100% success rate. An excellent coordinator A computer nerd since I gained my consciousness and my OCD speaks for my attention-to-detail! My passion to teach others new technology will always remain on top of the chart. I feel most comfortable when working in US time zones since I am now accustomed to it.
