Personal summary

I am a freelance event logistics consultant and manage furniture, photographers, catering, speakers, judges and venue liaison. I have experience in delegate, speaker, and poster management as well as registration. I work alongside content and AV teams to deliver successful Life Science, Procurement and Pharmaceutical meetings and conferences all over the world. Previously at the Royal Horticultural Society, I managed logistics for the judges at RHS Chelsea Flower Show and RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival as well as RHS Tatton Park and garden flower shows at the RHS gardens in the UK. I developed and maintained relationships with UK and international growers and with the RHS Floral and Garden Judges as part of the Shows Development Team. At Goodwood I worked in the Motorsports Event Operations Team planning headline events 79th Member’s Meeting, Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival. At Momentum Children’s Charity. I successfully managed a £250,000 project for the charity’s respite programme. The project completed six months ahead of schedule saving £100,000. At Ernst and Young and GE I gained broad experience in marketing communications and event management. I am confident dealing with prominent level internal management and key asset clients whilst always maintaining a professional and calm manner. I pride myself in my attention to detail and enjoy working both on my own and as part of a team on UK and international events. I have a passion for delivering events and have many years of demonstrable experience. I have a positive and friendly “can do “attitude. My diligence and strong critical thinking skills enable me to prioritise and organise. I am initiative-taking, and confident to make decisions and to stand by them. My excellent communication skills and exceptional organisation skills support my ability to multitask and think laterally. I am very customer orientated and work hard to always deliver the best service. I am objective and helpful which makes me a resolute team member. I thrive on new challenges and continually assess processes and practices in place to ensure maximum efficiency.
