My name is Le, and you can just call me GISELLE. (1)I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Translation&Interpreting Studies at the University of Manchester, where I explore the dynamic differences of cultures and languages. I am fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Engilish, conversant in Korean. I navigate diverse cultures with ease, and communicate with customers from all over the world. (2)My customer service journey began at around 1year ago, and my recent role was at BHF, where I honed my skills in addressing customers' needs, from pursuing to return. This role has sharpened my communication skills, making me adept at creating meaningful connections with audiences of all different backgrounds. I’m a easily approachable person, I love outdoor activities. I like to go hiking, climbing, boxing, pilates and bouldering in my spare time, getting closer to the nature. (4) My recent plan is to get more knowledge about sales and retailing, since I know I am more interested in communicating with people face-to-face. The satisfaction on their face also gives me a sense of achievement.
