Personal summary

Hello Myself Raja, I have overall 16+ years of experience in the IT Industry, Currently, spearheading as Application Developer with ARTech Consultancy (UK Tier 2 Sponsor). I have also worked with other Major IT companies like BMC Software, Motorola, Wipro, HCL Technologies, IBM, Capgemini, as a full time and as contracted employee and over my career I have enjoyed working with several customers from around the globe covering 5 continents and have also traveled to customer locations mainly in middle eastern and African like Oman, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Uganda. I have also worked with customers from diverse backgrounds with experience in Telecom domain being major and other industries such as Banking and Financial, Pharma, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Tetra. So here I have played various roles, I started my career in technical line as a Software Developer in a tool called BMC Remedy, Where I grew to become Business Analyst, Sr. ITSM Consultant to ITSM Solution Architect level over the period of 10 years providing technical and Process solutions related to IT Service Management applications like CMDB, AM, IM, PM, CM, RM, SLM, SRM, KM. My Major responsibilities here was to Help Pre – Sales teams with Technical Documentation, Showcasing Product Demos, Conduct Workshops and gathering customer requirements from different stakeholders, Implementing / Upgrading / Migrating / Supporting BMC Remedy Software and ITSM Applications and Process. Setting up data centers related to applications, providing hardware and software estimates, designing application high level architecture, Customizing / Developing the applications according to the customer needs, served as corporate Technical and Process trainer internally as well as for customers, well the list goes on… and during development journey I have used both Agile and Waterfall Methodologies. In next 4 years I had joined a startup organization where I served as Solution Architect / Managerial roles, So I played both technical and managerial roles. From Technical Front I got trained myself in a tool called Salesforce from scratch and became a corporate trainer for the same taking training for freshers and corporates such as IBM Canada, Vodafone etc. Related to Managerial roles I served as assistant Project Manager and also helped building IT Service Desk Team and Change Management Process for Supporting Incidents related IT service transition and operational level changes. I have served as MIM and change Manager for some time. Here I handled multiple customers and a team of 20 – 25 people reporting under me. Also, I was responsible for the application delivery. After, I have joined back my old company taking higher responsibilities in Technical Account Management where I handle multiple customers in Bangalore location and the resources working for those clients. Here my responsibilities are handling multiple clients, managing escalations, monitoring for any agreement breaches, managing team members, conducting daily scrum meetings, providing status update to senior management, working along with sales team to acquire new project, Also, providing technical support and development activities on BMC Helix Remedy. Last but not lease, I Joined BMC Software itself and worked in a small R&D team as an application developer where I had contributions towards major releases for BMC Helix Remedy 23.2 - 23.3 versions. That was the topmost role I could go on BMC Remedy Development. Then I got an opportunity for UK with sponsorship for DevOps and application support where I am currently working now. So, this is my 16-year IT journey and about myself I am Hardworking, honest, loyal, dedicated and straight forward person, I like taking responsibilities without someone having to tell me, I am constant learner I have 30+ IT related certifications I like upgrading myself consistently. I am a self-motivator, and I am physical fit as I work out regularly.
