Personal summary
With an MBA with distinction. An experienced teacher/ trainer / mentor ( higher education; level 3; functional skills; community organisations) also a writer with a diverse academic background and experience of education, health and management writing ( recently freelance for the ILM). A quick learner herself, with a flair for writing and communicating ideas clearly to a wide range of audiences. Most recently a teacher, but with a wide range of experiences which encompass research for a Ph.D. in geology, three higher degrees, self-taught psychology to enhance my role as a behaviour support consultant, parent of an autistic child and NLP practitioner. I have also had experience of the world of commerce as a management consultant, manager of an economic development programme and as a non-executive director of an NHS trust. I have written the blog “ The Narcissistic Life” and several articles for a range of psychotherapy/ hypnotherapy practices too.
