Personal summary

I trained and assessed candidates in their workplace to NVQ standards and according to criteria. I am a highly motivated person who is organised and also a great problem solver. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years and understand that clients are very important. I have been working remotely in teaching English to my clients over the last 6 years. I understand the needs of my students and support them to get to the level that they would like to achieve. I personally teach in management, Team leading, Customer service, Business admin, kitchen services, food preparation and hospitality services. Coaching candidates to standards if not being able to achieve highest level of standards. Informing candidates of their employment rights, health and safety, safe guarding and Equality and diversity.
