Professional with 14+ Years of experience in Automobile Interior trims, Cockpit and Door Trims design with proven leadership quiality, excellent CAD, communication and interpersonal skills. Highly competent, proactive and hard working professional, suitable to work through various roles in a project team. I have demonstrated experience on delivering a commodity plan to quality, cost and time.I have delivered multiple Build to Print Interior Design Projects working as a Team Lead within a project team. I have demonstrated experience in design and development of various Interior Commodities like Instrument Panel, Floor Console, Door Trims, Headliners, Pillar Trims, HVAC Ducting, NVH Insulations, Magnesium HPDC CCB & Steel Fabricated CCB etc. I have worked through all technical gateways like iDJ, Detail Design, FDJ, Prototype Vehicle Build, Launch involved in product delivery process for trim parts. I am well aware of Auto OEM Processes like PCDS, PPAP, APQP, WERS/Engineering Release, BOM Management, AIMS, KANBAN, DFMEA, DVP-RMDV, DVA etc. Also, I have a good understanding of Regulatory Requirements involved in Interior Design along with GD&T application requirements in plastic component design. I have worked on multiple programs from PSC to Launch which has helped me in understanding vehicle programme delivery framework.
