My name is Joseph and I graduate from Negros Oriental State University. I learned about your company’s job opening that you posted online. I’m very interested in applying for that position, and am confident that I have requisite skills and characteristics that your company is seeking. I believed that your company requires someone who’s not afraid to take the initiative in group project settings. I’ve always pride myself on my ability to be a refresher. My organizational skills have also been put to the test in other real-world settings. I also have Customer Service experienced with 2(two) year’s and 4 (four) month’s in inbound and outbound, email and chat account, can work multi-tasking and with good communication and attitude dealing with people, and has an ability to come up with an effective solution to an issue. I also have 8 (eight) months experience as a Service crew (Stockman), 1 (One) month as Management Trainee and 6 (Six) months being a Massage therapist. With these experiences I learned a lot, and two of it is how to manage time and provide efforts to make the job done.
