Personal summary

I have been working in tech environment for 2 years as a Junior System Admin. I also have a background in Customer Support & Logistics. I am familiar with the full cycle of system administration tasks, from network design and setup to ongoing maintenance, security, and mostly user support. I excel in managing and keeping track of tasks so that they are finished on time making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I am an employee who genuinely enjoys learning and tackling new challenges, which allows me to address emerging issues effectively. I am above fluent in English and native in Serbian and Croatian. I can also communicate in German on a personal basis. I attended Burch University in Sarajevo with a degree in Information Technologies. I have also been pursuing the Networking+ course.
