Personal summary
A quick background on myself- I have recently moved to the UK in Jan this year with my spouse for his international assignment and therefore had to leave my job in India working as a talent acquisition partner at IBM. I have relevant exposure of 5 years in IT & non-IT recruitment, talent management and human resources working at multinationals like IBM, HSBC and FIS employed by agencies like Randstad, Quess Corp. and Allegis Global Solutions. During my tenure of 5 years i was predominantly involved in end-to-end majorly IT recruiting, Finance & HR recruiting, Campus hiring, internal recruiting, client based hiring, 360 recruiting, sourcing, screening and engaging candidates, pre-offer negotiation process, onboarding, planning & developing recruiting strategies, Volume & lateral hiring, vendor & client management etc. I do not require sponsorship as i am already on dependent UK visa. Hence, reserve the right to work and available to join on immediate basis.
