Payroll Team Leader with over 8 years of experience of processing weekly, 4 weekly and monthly payrolls of over 1300 employees. Successful and efficient projects management and rostering systems implementation. Directing, leading and managing a team of payroll professionals and their activities to ensure efficient and timely payroll processing. Collaborating with HR, recruitment and finance department to develop and support with new projects, policies and audits. Also currently working towards my ACCA qualification and have experience working within different departments of a company in my previous jobs. I am enthusiastic, highly motivated and confident individual who possess excellent general administration, payroll and finance skills whose thorough methodical approach always ensures the quality and accuracy of the financial information for all the stakeholders. By working in a corporate environment and liaising with different departments, I have obtained and mastered excellent communication skills and have learnt to be adaptable and flexible to unforeseen circumstances. I feel that as a person I am a good team leader and enjoy teamwork. I am a quick learner and can work well under pressure to meet targets.
