Personal summary
Over the past three years, I have been working as a virtual assistant mainly helping with real estate and property management stuff. My role includes overseeing and managing the entire transaction process from opening of escrow to closing of real estate properties, we use KW Command to upload all the compliance documents. Maintaining all transaction checklists, coordinating schedules and communications with all parties involved, listing properties for rent and for sale, creating graphic designs using Canva for new listings, under contracts, sold properties and even the property for lease/rent, assisting guests from application through booking but we do not use a specific software for applications as we are using a template from KW for the applicant to fill out the form, overseeing rent arrears or rent payments and compliances and the software that we are using is Guesty, organize daily emails, provide admin support and organizing documents in every transactions.
