Personal summary
I have been working in HR and recruitment since 2017, after I graduated with an MSc in Human Resource Management and an LLB in Law. My main area of expertise lies within the Education Sector, however, I have worked in financial and tech services, which has given me the opportunity to deal and manage a wide range of HR matters. These have been from; implementing new HR and Payroll systems, managing multiple redundancy processes, TUPEs, setting up onboarding and recruitment processes, pre-employment and VISA checks and Employee Relation matters.
